Copyright Notice:
This tool digitizes scoring processes using lookup tables derived from proprietary materials. It is intended solely for staff who have legally obtained and are authorized to use these materials. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with all copyright and franchise agreements, including continued use of the official scoring forms as required by your center.
Lookup Tables:
Step 2 DOES NOT use AI technology for converting raw scores to standard scores. It DOES use AI for recommending a planner and books, however. So if you don't want to use AI, simply generate the standard scores and stop there.
AI-Generated Reports:
Steps 4 and 5 of this tool use AI technology to assist in generating student reports. AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies or require refinement. It is essential that a Certified Assessor from your center carefully reviews all reports for quality and accuracy before they are presented to any parent or caregiver.

The Vision Behind This System
I don’t know about you, but I’ve always found it a challenge to juggle how many students it takes to keep a center profitable without compromising quality. As ratios increase, the personal touch—the insight that makes real coaching possible—can get lost.
At GradePower, we believe learning should never feel mechanical. Tools like ChatGPT can assist with admin tasks, but they don’t *know* our students. That’s because so much of what we observe, track, and coach through remains on paper or in someone’s head.
This system was built to bridge that gap. It helps us capture what makes each student unique—what we uncover in their Dynamic Assessment, their LPR notes, their progress, their behavior in class—and turn that into a living, breathing student profile that informs every touchpoint of their journey with us.

I built this to help me run three centers from 2,000 miles away. I haven’t set foot in one of them in over two years—and they’re still growing. That’s the power of a system designed around our actual educational philosophy and business needs.

A note on Privacy:
This tool collects data only so far as to generate a report and track quality metrics. Still, if you have concerns or are in a state or province which requires it, you can click below and we will erase any identifiable data (name, grade, birthday, and reports) from the submission. We will anonymously keep the raw and standard scores along with usage metrics for quality improvement and debugging.
